Good value for kids and big families or groups

The rooms are big and good for families. The amenities and breakfast are well thought out for kids, and it is close to the beach. It is good value for what you get. I liked to app service, and how you could communicate with the hotel and easily make requests or order room service.

It feels like an older-style resort, the shower didn't work for a few hours and there isn't much to order on room service. The hammock broke and some parts look a little run down. However, if you get a good price it is still worth it. We had a comfortable stay. The area is more touristy.

Fantastic hotell, good value for money.

Right at the beach. Fantastic beach restaurant. Fantastic poolarea. Nice and comfy room.

Because of the covid pandemic the area was very quiet, most of the shops and restaurants around the property was closed.

Good hotel that needs some attention

Big hotel with good breakfast, nice variety including cheese and pastries. Nice big swimming pools and good pools for children with a slide. Lobby staff excellent. Rooms were big but a little old, some issues. Staff managed to fix the problems we had! Nice Beach.

The hotel is looking very tired and needs maintenance. Corridors need a new paint job and maids cleaning/staff need some training in customer service. Our first rooms AC was very very weak so we changed room. The second rooms tap fell off but they came and fixed it. The toilet does not have a bum washer! Overall it's a good hotel but needs some maintenance.

Resort with nice beach, swimming pool, not far from the airport. I can only recommend this hotel!

Rooms are big and have all you need. Our rooms - pool view/pool access are amazing. It is very good experience. Pools are big, clean with some fun equipment! Access to the beach is just perfect - no need to cross any street / road. It is really beach resort. Beach is big with a lot of things to do - fun, sports, eat. Breakfast are very good but not the best as expected. Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA gym across the street is perfect experience!!

The first 3 nights we did not have rooms we have paid for. We got some credits for it but who wants to move after 3 nights? Internet connection is not good. It must be improved!

Awesome

The staff of the hotel was very helpful and polite. They also had a nice pool and the hotel room made you feel comfortable. Would come back again every time.

The card for the access room did not work at the beginning. After a while, I got a new one which worked better.

Nice, spacious room, good breakfast. Nice pool although it was full of screaming children.

Walls are very thin so I could hear my neighbor. Breakfast could be a bit more varied from day to day. Hotel guests are mainly families with little kids, so it gets loud.

Enjoyable and memorable

Lovely hotel, helpful friendly staff. Very helpful with wedding guests that stayed there.

Loungers around pool were completely taken every morning early hours or night before so no availability at all with sun umbrellas. We had to go to what is supposed to be private beach each day and pay for loungers. My sister complained here bed in room was hard and had to get toppers twice for bed.

Wonderful place to start our holiday in Thailand.

Fantastic family sized rooms allowing everyone to have a bed and the beach bar was a perfect place for a sundowner and night cap.

The cost to eat in the property seemed high, we ate at local restaurants on the beach instead so it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful

I liked the pools, the Lokation on the Beach. The breakfast had a wide choice od food and it was excellent. The staff was super helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi ok in the room but really strong in the lobby.

I could have been a little cleaner and have maybe less bugs, but I guess in such a tropical country it's hard to wish something like that

Nice Location good beach . Big rooms two nice comfortable beds. Good staff

Internet very poor . You have to continuously log on up to 20 times a day. Please turn off data roaming because it will auto log in everytime you get cut out which is often The pools are a Child area they have water boats everywhere . NO adult friendly pools. There is NO assistance on the entrance with TUK TUKS or taxis. They overcharge all the time. No beds provided on beach . So you have to pay to get beds nearby.

A really fabulous start to our holiday!

The facilities were good. Provision of pool table , table tennis, kids play areas, lots of sunbeds at the pool and beach. The beach is lovely. Sheltered white sand. Clean calm and safe to swim. We were upgraded to a room facing the pool with pool access. We enjoyed sitting outside admiring the view. All the Staff were very professional, helpful and courteous. They were very covid aware, cleaning chairs, sanitising , wearing masks all day, bless them ! The breakfast was yummy and lots of options. We particularly like the Thai food station. There was also an egg, omelette, bacon station as well as fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt etc. The hotel was very quiet due to the effects of the covid pandemic. Hence why there are some good deals to be had. A few restaurants, bars and minimart open nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thankyou .
